Thank you for choosing Hacienda Café. We take pride in providing quality service, premium ingredients, and memorable experiences. Please review our refund policy below for dine-in, takeout, delivery, and event-related purchases.
☕ Dine-In & Takeout Orders

All sales are final upon confirmation of order.

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

The item served was incorrect, incomplete, or not prepared as requested.

The item was not received within a reasonable time and after confirmation from our staff.

Claims must be reported immediately during your visit or upon receiving your takeout order.

Proof of purchase (order slip or receipt) is required for any adjustment or refund.
🚚 Delivery Orders

Orders made through delivery must be checked upon arrival.

Refunds or replacements may be issued for:

Missing or incorrect items.

Spoiled or compromised food quality upon delivery.

🎉 Event Bookings & Seat Reservations

A non-refundable down payment is required to confirm bookings for private events.

For cancellations:

2 weeks prior to the event: 100% of the down payment will be forfeited.

More than 2 weeks prior: Rebooking is allowed once within 60 days, subject to availability.

Seat reservations without a down payment may be canceled if the customer fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
💳 Payments & Cancellations

We accept cash, GCash, bank transfers, and selected credit/debit cards.

For cancellations of advance orders or paid reservations:

No refund will be given for change of mind after payment confirmation.

Any errors in processing (double payment, failed orders) will be reviewed and resolved within 3–5 business days.
