📜 Hacienda Café – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hacienda Café! To ensure the best experience for all our customers, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions for orders, reservations, and event bookings.

 

☕ Dine-In Orders

  • Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance.

  • Please be considerate of dining time limits during peak hours (max 1.5–2 hours).

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved for special occasions (e.g., birthday cakes).

  • Pets are allowed only in designated areas.

 

🛍️ Takeout & Pickup Orders

  • Orders may be placed via walk-in or phone during operational hours.

  • Standard preparation time is 15–25 minutes, depending on the volume of orders.

  • Please verify your order upon receipt. We are not liable for errors once items leave the premises.

 

🚚 Delivery Orders

  • Deliveries are available within a limited radius (subject to rider availability).

  • Minimum order amount may apply for deliveries.

  • Delivery fee is charged separately based on distance.

  • Please double-check your delivery address and contact number when ordering.

 

📅 Event Bookings & Party Reservations

  • A minimum of 2 weeks advance booking is required for event reservations.

  • A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm any event or party reservation.

  • Balance must be settled at least 3 days before the event date.

  • Inclusions (e.g., lights, sounds, décor, giveaways, catering) depend on the selected package.

  • Outside suppliers (decorators, cakes, etc.) must be coordinated and approved in advance.

  • Changes to event details must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.

 

📌 Online Seat Reservations

  • Available for groups and special gatherings.

  • Reserved seats will be held for 15 minutes beyond the agreed time; late arrivals may result in forfeiture.

  • Special setups (e.g., birthdays, surprises) must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

 

💳 Payments & Refund Policy

  • We accept cash, GCash, bank transfers, credit card payments, and other selected cashless options.

  • Payment confirmation is required for all event bookings, deliveries, and online reservations.

  • For bank transfers or GCash payments, please send proof of transaction to our official contact within the same day.

  • Event down payments are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 5 days’ notice.

  • For dine-in, takeout, or delivery errors, please notify us within the same day for immediate resolution.

 

⚠️ General Reminders

  • Customers are responsible for personal belongings.

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

  • Hacienda Café is not liable for delays due to natural causes or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power interruptions, extreme weather).
